Steve Atkinson carries an infectious passion for life and loves helping people achieve their health, fitness and personal goals. One of his greatest joys is seeing people achieve what they have dreamed of doing, but have always thought impossible. He firmly believes that impossible should correctly be spelled "I'm possible". Steve has his Level-1 CrossFit Trainer Certification as well as a NSCF-CPT certification and would love to help you take your fitness to the next level.
Adam Colter loves to see people reach a level of fitness they never thought they could. He never thought that he could ever reach his ideal body weight but since starting CrossFit he has! His desire is to help others experience the benefits and life change that he has. Adam, a CrossFit L1 Trainer, is also a volunteer firefighter and a millwright. He loves working hard and helping people and is look forward to helping you reach your goals.
Cam grew up playing hockey and football, and starting olympic weightlifting in 2013 - something he now does at a competitive level. He is a Crossfit level one trainer and is currently taking fitness health promotion at Fanshawe college. Cam is dedicated to improving the olympic weightlifting technique, and overall fitness of our members every day.
Nicki grew up playing competitive soccer before she found her way to crossfit. She became certified as a coach in 2014, and competes at an elite level in local competitions. She placed first in the Battle Pink competition at Our Town Crossfit, and third in our own Crossfit Winter Challenge in 2016. Nicki's love of competitive sports and team-oriented support had made her a leader in the gym. She also has her own professional painting business.
