Unlimited: 
$125.00 per month

Student:
$65 per month

10 Class Punch Card: 
$120

Personal Training Session: 
1 on 1: $80 Per Hour
2 person shared session: $100

5 Personal Training Sessions:
$300 (save $100) 

10 Personal Training Sessions:
$600 (save $200)

Drop In Fee: $15

CrossFit Kids:
10 class punch card: $80 (5-10 years old)
CFK Drop in Fee: $10

CrossFit Teens
10 class punch card: $100 (10-15 years old)
CFK Drop in Fee: $12

FUNDAMENTALS/ON RAMP Program are Mandatory - These Must be completed prior to entering regular CrossFit classes or have proven sufficient proficiency in foundational CrossFit movements.

There are two ways to start Fundamentals/On Ramp at CrossFit Elgin. 

Option # 1 - Enter our 12 session Fundamentals/On Ramp course. The cost is $120

Option # 2 - Take four Fundamental private sessions with one of our trainers. The cost is $120 and includes the 4 instructional sessions along with 1 week of regular CrossFit classes. 

*Note - Fundamentals class is included in year membership*

The focus of these classes is to ensure proper form and execution of essential CrossFit exercises, which will lead to a more positive, long-term CrossFit experience. You will also meet some great people who you can continue your CrossFit journey with after the Fundamentals class.

The Fundamentals course will teach you movements including(but not limited to):
  • Squats / Deadlifts / Press
  • Front Squats / Sumo Deadlift High-Pull / Push-Press
  • Overhead Squat  / Clean /  Push Jerk
  • Snatch
Once you have completed the FUNDAMENTALS, then you may choose which of the following payment options works best for you.
