I didn't know that running can improve one's mental toughness. I always thought that running is for building up stamina and staying fit. I always gain new knowledge whenever I read your posts. I find them very helpful, especially in the scene of weightlifting. I'll be sure to apply these programs, the next time I go to the gym.
