![]() Paleo Beef Thai Stew In a slow cooker on low combine: 1 can coconut milk 1 can tomato paste 1/4 tsp paprika 3 tsp medium yellow curry powder 1/2 red onion chopped 2 cloves minced garlic 2 cups chopped carrots 2 lbs frozen stewing beef Cook for 8 hours on low. Sea salt to taste preference or salt in your dish after. Option: if potatoes work for you and your shade of paleo, add in one cup of chopped potatoes. Paleo Naan Preheat oven to 375 In a bowl mix around: 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup tapioca flour 3 tbsp coconut flour Then mix in: 1/2 cup almond milk 2 eggs Scoop onto parchment paper lined baking tray. Flatten with back of spoon. Makes 4. You can double this to make more. Pour into mini muffin trays. Optional: add almonds to mini muffin tray chocolate. Freeze trays. Once they are frozen, pop them out and store them in a large freezer bag. Chicken Nuggets 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup almond flour In a bullet, grind 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds until flour like then add to a large sealable bag. Pour in 1/2 cup almond flour. Drop in nugget size pieces of chicken and shake until coated. Fry nuggets in a frying pan using avocado oil turning throughout. |
