Which Division is Best Suited for Your Team?
To ensure a positive experience, please choose a division that is appropriate to your fitness level. If you are a high level Intermediate or Rx Athlete most of the time, please register for Rx division. The Scaled division will mainly be for Beginner, Recreational or Masters CrossFit athletes. Let's have fun and encourage a love of the sport.
Rx - If you or your teammates train Rx for most regular workouts, you're in the Rx Division. If you or your teammates can do most of the following moves: toes-to-bar, chest-to-bar, muscle ups, hang snatch, handstand push-up, heavy back squat, you are in the Rx Division.
Scaled - Beginner and Recreational Athletes looking to challenge themselves and experience the rush of a competition will make up the majority of this category. Scaled movements will be at lower weights and skill level than the Rx Division, such as toes-to-hips vs. toes-to-rings, or pike push-ups in place of handstand push-ups.
