Rhys Plant
Coach

Rhys grew up playing competitive soccer and high-level rugby, and has always loved the competitive aspect of sport. In 2012 Rhys retired from rugby and it wasn't long before he began to miss competing and also miss the athletic community. CrossFit offered Rhysthe opportunity to compete again, and also provided a community of like-minded individuals that is second to none. Rhys quickly attained his CrossFit Level-1 coaching certificate and he loves encouraging others to push past their mental boundaries and to achieve things they never thought they could. Rhys is passionate about fitness and about helping people achieve and surpass their goals.
