Fitness Assessments are a great way to learn more about your fitness level. 1-to-1 Fitness Assessments can help you learn about the way you move and how you can improve.
HAVE A SPECIFIC GOAL IN MIND?
Skill Development coaching sessions are ideal if you are looking to expand your CrossFit skillset (ex. weightlifting, conditioning, gymnastics) or overall fitness (ex. employment or academic fitness requirements). Each session is one hour and provides you with framework to improve in your fitness goals. Our experienced coaches can help you level up your CrossFit skills, gain more confidence, and elevate your performance.
WE LOVE TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS!
For best results, we recommend you participate in CrossFit classes for a minimum of 3 months. This will give you time to learn the CrossFit basics and give you the opportunity to develop a set of goals/skills that you want to hone in on through 1-to-1 training sessions.
Dan and the team have coached athletes to gain advanced gymnastic skills (ex. legless rope climb, butterfly kipping pull ups, Chest-to-Bar pull ups), improve Olympic weightlifting technique, gain confidence and independence in life.
