About Michele Letendre:
All my life I have been around Sport and Art. I was a competitive swimmer then Waterpolo player for many years in my childhood into my teens. I have competed provincially, nationally and internationally in Waterpolo and in some cases as team captain. I studied design in University and nearing the end of my degree is when I found CrossFit and the love for competing and coaching. Aside from CrossFit I have competed in National Weightlifting Championships as a 63KG lifter and a 58KG lifter. I had the opportunity to compete at the Pan American Championships in the summer of 2017.
I have coached CrossFit classes since the summer of 2010 and have since then coached all levels of athletes. My passion is movement, physical expression and technique. Workouts aren’t just workouts they are puzzles, problems that need to be solved as proficiently and effectively as possible.
