Homemade Paleo Chocolate In a pot melt on low heat add: 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup tahini 1 cup honey 1 tsp peppermint extract Once melted, remove from heat and mix in: 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder. Pour into mini muffin trays. Optional: add almonds to mini muffin tray chocolate. Freeze trays. Once they are frozen, pop them out and store them in a large freezer bag. Defrost 3-4 minutes before consuming. Thanks again for the great recipe Richelle!
