Ketchup In a bowl, mix by hand 5.5 oz can tomato paste 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice 3/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp garlic powder Store in fridge. Ketchup needs to be mixed with spoon/vigorously shaken before each use as it tends to thicken over time. Chicken Nuggets 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup almond flour In a bullet, grind 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds until flour like then add to a large sealable bag. Pour in 1/2 cup almond flour. Drop in nugget size pieces of chicken and shake until coated. Fry nuggets in a frying pan using avocado oil turning throughout.
