I'll be trying out your routine over the next gym session. I've seen it get recommended by my friends as well. They've seen the improvements on their body first hand. I'm really excited to achieve all of these programs. Hopefully, I get motivated to finish them.

My best friend is really sick about gyms. He can't imagine his day without doing an exercise and improving his body. Literally the man who can't enjoy himself -.-
